Sefton Women’s and Children’s Aid has changed its name to Safety, Wellbeing and Challenging Abuse (SWACA). Our new name reflects the breadth of work, the people we support and our commitment to creating safer communities.
As part of this new chapter at SWACA, we’re proud to introduce our See it. Hear it. Call it Out campaign. Encouraging everyone to recognise abuse, respond safely and help challenge it. Together, we can create communities where abuse is not tolerated and everyone feels safe, supported, and heard.
We are also delighted to announce our partnership with Liverpool County Football Association, working together to raise awareness of domestic abuse, encourage positive conversations and help create safer communities across our region.
